Nice property but a littled dated. Staff had some communication issues esspecially when using them to book tours. Breakfast is really nice with lots of options.

The food and drink options here are very good. We only had a couple of eating experiences that were still good but not exceptional. The pool area is extremely relaxing and easy access to rooms and restaurants surrounding it. Above all else, the staff here is incredible. From bartenders to servers, from butlers to front desk worker, every person we interacted with here was very friendly and always quick to help with anything. We loved nightly cocktails with Raul at the bar next to La Bomeme. Our Butlers, Cristofer, Tariq and Fernando were all top notch and happy to help. Alex at the pool was always near by and ready to clean up your sunglasses and get you a seat and umbrella. We loved our stay here and hopefully will be back soon!

5 out of 5 for sure for Ventus Ha at Marina El Cid. This is the newest section of the resort across the street from the ocean and other sections. Everything was in immaculate condition and the staff at the resort was fantastic. There are pools and bars by every hotel. Be sure to find some of the hidden rooftop bars as well. All of the restaurants were fantastic, although beware that reservations must be made a couple of days in advance and the timeshare members likely get priority booking. Most of our dinners were between 8 and 9 o’clock at night, but our family doesn’t mind that. Just gives you more time at the beach or by the pool or to grab a cocktail at one of the many bars prior. There were shows every night at 8 PM and 9 PM which were fun and a nice way to spend time prior to dinner. we loved all the restaurants, but in particular the hibachi and Mediterranean restaurants. The buffet for dinner is also quite good and no reservations are required. The restaurant by the coffee house during the day has an unbelievable selection of all types of food for lunch. I had my family of six which includes our four adult children and we had a fabulous time.
